Sealed Product Returns
Because we sell collectible sealed product, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, factory sealed, and in the original condition they were shipped in.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery or pickup.
- Items that have been opened, resealed, or had shrink wrap removed cannot be returned.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the item ships.
